Find cool Street View sightings at StreetViewr
Street View has only been live for days, and people are already digging like mad through the thousands of photos looking for dirt. And not only that: there’s already a social content site aimed exclusively at reporting cool Street View sightings: StreetViewr.
The site is very basic: it consists of a list of link and a simple submission form. If the authors want it to be a success in the long run, they should definitely add previews, and voting would also work pretty well.
But, even as it is, the site is currently one of the best places to find cool Street View imagery, so if stuff like Princess Leia’s shadow or Bare Bimbo in NYC sounds interesting to you, Streetviewr is the right place to find such miscellanea.

This is really cool. I clicked on the link to Google Street View and noticed that the map takes up only one quarter of the screen. (Of course, it could just be this 15 inch screen.) However, even when I made the street view larger, it was still crowded. Is there a site that will show you the whole thing big-sized?

You would be surprised how many people simply have no idea when it comes to this kind of stuff. Some time back, my 3-year old computer was running so slow that I had to buy a new computer. Or at least I thought I needed a new computer. Then within a matter of weeks of surfing on the Internet, my new computer was also running so slowly. In addition, some programs did not run well on my computer, and I did not recognize some of the programs that were running on my computer. That scared me most. The truth is, we can all put up with a slow computer, but very few of us would want others to have access to the information on our computers, but that is exactly what can happen when spyware or malware is loaded on our computers without our knowledge.
