Projects based on Digg’s recently publicized API are getting better by the day. The last one in line is Rigglations, a desktop widget (you must install Yahoo! Widgets - previously Konfabulator - for it to work) which shows relations between Digg users.

Graphically, Rigglations could use some polishing; for example, the arrows which show whether the relationship between two Diggers is mutual or one-sided (i.e. one user had added the other as a friend, but the other didn’t return the favor) are barely visible. Functionally, it’s a fun little widget which, besides giving you a graphical representations of Digg relations, also offers a quick look into detailed stats of a particular user.

Although the widget is still in early beta phase (version 0.50 at this time), it already has quite a few features. For example, it’s available in full, mini, or tiny mode, based on your preference. We’ll keep an eye on the development of this one. You can see more screenshots here.
