Flickr adds “send to a friend” feature
For ages Flickr users have been requesting the possibility to send images to their Flickr buddies directly (and not via e-mail). Now, Flickr has announced that they’ve added this long sought for feature.
It works very simple. At the bottom of every Flickr page there is now a link that says “Send to a friend”. Flickr will recognize where you clicked on the link and act accordingly. For example, if you click on it when you’re viewing one particular image, it will send that image. If you were viewing a group of images, it’ll send them all. Screenshot of this feature in action below:

Furthermore, Flickr has yesterday upgraded their slideshow feature, which now looks much better.
