ZenZui - a zooming interface for mobiles
ZenZui is a widget browser for mobile devices, aimed at delivering a rich browsing experience from as little screen real estate as possible. It does this with an interface which lets you quickly browse through a grid of widgets (36 of them) by quickly zooming in and out. The idea is that you need only two clicks two reach any of the tiles in the grid. The best way to understand how this works is to see the video below.
ZenZui was developed by Microsoft’s research lab, with Microsoft later creating a standalone company out of it. It is not offering just a product; it’s offering a business model, enabling advertisers and services to buy a part of the screen real estate they offer. And this is where the problems start. As noted by Mike at TechCrunch, Zenzui’s 36 widgets/tiles are powered by 3rd party developers or sold as ad-space to companies, and this means advertising, and lots of it. You can see the business end of it here. What I’m - as always - most interested in, is how will all this look from the consumers point of view? Will you be able to add free tiles as you please? Or will you be stuck with most of those 36 tiles filled with ads and stuff you don’t need?
Another concern I have for Zenzui is the speed. Although on the video above the interface looks quite fast (notice how I wrote “quite fast”, not “blazing fast”) on various devices, history has taught us that all applications, especially graphically intense ones, can get sluggish on smartphones.

Well, I have been trying to make a go of it and blogging my brains out, but I certainly have to give you credit. That was excellently done. I don’t always make such clear points and a lot of blogs I read are poorly written and leave wondering just what were they trying to say.
I find it so hard to come up with new ideas and rewritting someone else’s work can backfire. Particularly if you don’t know whether they are truly an expert in their field. The longer I work on the internet the more I wonder about most of the content. However, to be fair their are many aurthors in the print media out there that espouse their ideas as fact when they are clearly questionable. It is almost as easy to have a book published as an ebook.
Anyway, thanks for the great blog.

You see when we were younger I would stop by the bedroom at night while he was asleep. He is younger than me so he would always be in bed before me, we shared a bedroom. The bathroom was at the end of the hall and the bedroom was between the living room and bathroom. So at night when I would watch TV on the way to the bathroom a would scratch the door with my finger nails. In my brothers sleep he would be dreaming of a long nailed creature chasing him. I guess the sound of my nail scratching registered in his head while he was sleeping. We were talking one morning about it and the discussion about his dream came up and I happened to scratch the door involuntarily. He freaked out to stop doing that. I said doing what? So he explained the noise and the noise in his dream. So I conditioned myself to stop scratching the door. To this day he gets that dream every once in a while. Sorry Jake! dcc 1200

I?m thinking about apply for another credit card when I already have four
I have four credit cards and all with zero balances.The thing is, they all have high rates. I?m going to school and applied for student loans but those only cover my tuition and I need something for living expenses. I have money saved up and my boyfriend is helping me in the meantime but his work isn?t stable. It only goes by projects. If there are no projects, there is no work. I wanted to apply for another credit card to hold onto incase of emergencies but want a low interest rate since income is very little. I was thinking of applying at navy federal becasue they have cards as low as 7.9 and if anything would vary up to 14.65. My credit cards now are still way over 14%. My score is 761. If I applied for another one, would it do some damage on my score??? http://www.autoinsurancepool.info/
